Coalition’s uni repayment reforms misses broader issue

The Turnbull Government has passed legislation to make university students repay their loans at a lower threshold has passed the Senate. From News.com.au:

University students will have to pay back student loans when their earnings hit $45,000 under draft laws which have cleared the Senate.
