BCA desperate until the end on company tax cuts

With the Turnbull Government’s company tax cuts package facing near certain defeat in the Senate this week, the rent-seeking Business Council of Australia (BCA) has launched one last desperate bid to have the legislation passed. From The Australian:

Business Council of Australia chief executive Jennifer Westacott said the inability to secure a cut to corporate tax would be felt through the economy. Australia would remain one of the highest company tax jurisdictions, Ms Westacott said.
