NZ house prices rebound in “directionless” market

The REINZ has released its house price data for April, which revealed a 0.7% seasonally adjusted monthly rise in the national median house price, with prices also up 2.3% year-on-year, which follows March’s 2.2% decline in values:

Outside of Auckland, seasonally adjusted house prices also rose by 0.7% in April, with prices up 6.3% year-on-year.
