CoreLogic: “Value falls in the housing market likely to persist”

CoreLogic has released its Quarterly Review, which contains some interesting data on Australia’s housing market.

First, CoreLogic estimates that Australia’s housing stock is valued at $7.5 trillion – by far the most expensive asset class:
