The deflation of Sydney’s housing market has continued for the 25th consecutive week, with CoreLogic’s dwelling values index registering another 0.05% decline, and values down a cumulative 3.9% over that 25-week period, and dwelling values also down 3.8% over the past 30 weeks:

Sydney’s quarterly growth rate remains firmly negative, down 2.35% according to CoreLogic’s daily hedonic index:
