CoreLogic: Affordable housing vanishes in Sydney and Melbourne

From CoreLogic’s Cameron Kusher comes the following data illustrating the disappearance of affordable housing across the immigration hot spots of Sydney and Melbourne:

Over the five years to June 2017, there has been a significant decline in the number of suburbs with a median value below $400,000 while there has been a significant increase in suburbs with values above $1 million.
