NZ house prices fell again in July as volumes collapsed

The REINZ has released its house price data for July, which revealed a 1.2% seasonally adjusted monthly fall in the national median house price, although prices were still up 3.3% year-on-year:

Outside Auckland, house prices fell by 2.6% in July, with prices up 6.2% year-on-year.
