Another week rolls by with the G-19+1 meeting not moving negatively as an unsurprisingly non-farm payroll print on Friday left US stocks ended higher, which should translate into some gains here in Asia on Monday. Indeed this week will have an Asian focus, namely the ongoing Korean peninsula saga but also the Chinese CPI print and Japanese trade.
As usual for Monday mornings, I’ll take a step back and look at markets with a longer term view as my “Trading Week”.
