The Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) has released retail sales figures for the month of April, which registered a 1.0% bounce in seasonally-adjusted sales over the month with annual sales rebounding to 3.1% growth:
In trend terms, annual retail sales growth was steady at 2.7%.
