Auckland’s median house price falls amid crashing sales volumes

The REINZ has released its house price data for April, which revealed a 0.9% seasonally adjusted monthly rise in the national median house price, with prices up 9.4% year-on-year:

In Auckland, the seasonally adjusted median house price fell 2.1% in April, with values up only 3.9% year-on-year.
