The Victorian Government has unveiled several policy measures to relieve pressures on first home buyers (FHBs) arising from Melbourne’s runaway housing market.

Late last week, the Government unveiled an expanded FHB grant for buyers purchasing a newly constructed dwelling in regional Victoria. According to the Government:
