Australian youth under-utilisation hits all-time high

Yesterday’s ABS labour force release for February revealed a worrying deterioration in labour market conditions for those aged 15 to 24 years old from already highly depressed levels.

The trend headline unemployment rate rose from 12.99% in January to 13.01%:
