Melbourne properties selling like hotcakes

A new report from CoreLogic’s Cameron Kusher has revealed that the average number of days taken to sell a home in Australia has fallen, with Melbourne’s properties selling the fastest in the nation after falling to an historical low 29 days:

Over recent months the average number of days it takes to sell a residential property has been falling, reflecting the overall improvement in housing market conditions.
