Rental vacancies jump in November

SQM Research has released its rental vacancy data, which registered a 0.2% rise in the rental vacancy rate across the nation in November with the vacancy rate also up 0.2% over the year (see below).

As shown above, vacancies rose across most jurisdictions, with the major East Coast markets registering the biggest rises and pushing-up vacancies nationally.
