Shrinkflation hits property listings in October

From SQM Research comes stock on market figures for the month of October, which registered a sharp 2.1% monthly fall in the number of homes for sale with listings also down by 6.5% year-on-year (see below table).

As shown above, listing declines were recorded everywhere except Canberra and Perth in October.
