Rental vacancies fell in October

SQM Research has released its rental vacancy data, which registered a 0.1% fall in the rental vacancy rate across the nation in October with the vacancy rate flat over the year (see below).

As shown above, vacancies fell or were stable across most jurisdictions in September, with Brisbane and Darwin the exceptions.
