Domain: Flat or falling rents recorded over September quarter

Domain (formerly APM) has released its rental price data for the September quarter of 2016, which has recorded zero rental growth across the three major East Coast markets and mostly falling rents elsewhere:

The weak results recorded by Domain are slightly more favourable than those published by CoreLogic, whose most recent rental report showed rents falling at the capital city level on a monthly, quarterly and year-on-year basis:
