Chinese city property tightening turns into a flood

The evening of October 6, Dongguan, Huizhou, and Fuzhou introduced buying restrictions, limited credit or strengthen market supervision and management of real estate and other policies. Up to now, from September 30 it has a short period of seven days in 19 cities introduction of market regulation policy.

Among them, Beijing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Nanjing , Hefei, Xiamen restrictions are stringent, all increase the land supply; Suzhou, Wuxi, Tianjin, Chengdu, Zhengzhou, Jinan, Wuhan, Zhuhai, Dongguan, Fuzhou, have the next level of restriction; Foshan, Nanning, Huizhou least strict.
