AMP: Apartments prices to fall 15-20% over two years

AMP’s Shane Oliver is the latest to jump on the apartment crash theme, tipping a 15% to 20% slump in prices over the next two years in Australia’s major cities. From The AFR:

…”there was a massive multi-dwelling building boom going on in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth”.
