Via Investing in Chinese Stocks comes the Ministry of Housing:

Turning to the future trend of the real estate market, deputy director of the Committee of Experts on Housing Policy Department of Housing and Gu Yunchang said the forecast will be relatively stable in the second half, growth will slow down. “As housing prices have reached the cycle highs, the real estate market in some cities next year will be negative growth.”
