NZ housing supply debate heats up

There is some good stuff happening across the pond in relation to New Zealand housing, with all sides of parliament locked in a vigorous debate on how to reform housing supply.

Over the weekend, New Zealand Prime Minister, John Key, announced the creation of a $NZ1 billion Housing Infrastructure Fund that would pay for housing-related infrastructure – such as water, sewerage and local roads – to help speed-up new home construction. From Interest.co.nz:
