Markets have largely been treading water in Asia today, with no economic catalysts to act against, in preparation for overnight action in Europe and the Americas.
Commodities were largely unmoved, except iron ore of course with gold slipping going into tonight’s fix in London while in currencies it was also all hands on the do-nothing button. The Aussie dollar had a go at breaking out this morning, but remains stuck just above 75 cents against the USD unable to recover from the post RBA minutes gloom and doom (sic):
