Chinese house prices are passed or approaching their growth peaks with June data coming in at 7.3% year on year and 0.4% month on month:

The speed of price gains is slowing though some major cities are still crazy:
- Shanghai June new home prices ex-affordable rise 33.7% y/y (and +2.4% m/m)
- Beijing June new home prices ex-affordable rise 22.3% y/y (and +2.3% m/m)
- Shenzen home prices up 47.7% y/y
- Xiamen up 34% y/y
