Sydney’s preliminary clearance rate fell by 1.4% to 79.0%, whereas Melbourne’s rose by 0.3% to 71.9%. Clearances in Brisbane, which typically only has a small number of auctions, rose by 5.4% to 44.0%, whereas Adelaide’s preliminary auction clearance rate fell by 1.9% to 72.3%.
