ABC Fact Check: Tony Abbott the biggest liar

ABC Fact Check has published an interesting report summarising its findings over the years, which finds that former Prime Minister, Tony Abbott, has the worst record of lying:

Of interest to this year’s Federal Election, Fact Check has also found that Malcolm Turnbull has a better record than Bill Shorten:

And that Labor has told more fibs than the Coalition (see below).

It’s a crying shame that Fact Check will be disbanded following the Election, thereby making it even easier for politicians to lie to the public
