In the week ended 23 June 2016, the Core Logic-RP Data 5-city daily dwelling price index, which covers the five major capital city markets jumped by 0.72%:

Values rose everywhere but Adelaide:

Since the beginning of the month, values have risen by 0.50%, driven exclusively by Melbourne and Sydney:
