In the week ended 9 June 2016, the Core Logic-RP Data 5-city daily dwelling price index, which covers the five major capital city markets fell by 0.35%:

Values fell in all major capitals except Adelaide:

Since the beginning of the month, values have fallen by 0.42%, with all capitals except Adelaide declining:
