Perth experiences different kind of rental boom

With rental prices plummeting, the Real Estate Institute of WA (REIWA) is reporting that rental tenancies are booming as renters are better able to afford their own digs. From WA Today:

Figures from the Real Estate Institute of WA show one-bedroom leased properties increased by 50 per cent in the March quarter, compared with the previous 2015 December quarter.
