Naked Emperor Barnett calls another bottom for WA economy

WA Premier, Colin Barnett, has called yet another bottom for the state’s economy and Budget:

In its mid-year review released in December, the WA government forecast a $3.14 billion deficit and net debt of $29.55 billion for the current financial year.
