Property listings fall in March

From SQM Research stock on market figures for the month of March, which registered a 0.8% monthly decline in the number of homes for sale, with for sale listings also down by 1.8% year-on-year (see below table).

As shown above, for sale listings in the month of March fell in Canberra, Hobart, Melbourne and Sydney, but rose in Adelaide, Brisbane, Darwin and Perth.
