Average home loan size falls most in 15 years

Finder.com.au has reported today that the average home loan size fell the most in 15 years in the month of February on the back of tighter bank lending regulations. From News.com.au:

The size of the national average home loan declined by 7.71 per cent to $357,200 over the three months to February 29, according to consumer advocacy website finder.com.au.
