More evidence of the Brisbane/Perth dwelling gluts

On Tuesday, I compared the latest ABS state population growth data against its dwelling construction data and concluded that both Brisbane and Perth were facing large dwelling gluts.

Now I have compared the annual capital city population growth data, released yesterday by the ABS, against the ABS’ capital city dwelling approvals data, which again is pointing to big gluts developing in Brisbane and Perth.
