Macquarie: China halves urbanisation rate

Apart from above listed targets for 2016, the Premier also gave some targets for the 13th five-year (2016~2020) plan. However, these targets break down to lower annual rates of urbanisation and infrastructure development than over the previous five year plan, which, from the perspective of metals demand, is a disappointment. The main numbers are as follow:
Annual GDP growth rate to be maintained at above 6.5% (compared with 7.8%pa in 2011~2015).
