Opposition leader, Bill Shorten, has declared that a Labor Government would target “full employment” and “underemployment” if his party is elected later this year. From The SMH:

Bill Shorten has declared the next election should be a referendum on policy results and “leadership”, branding Malcolm Turnbull’s government to be long on waffle, as the country struggles with the under-employment of more than a million people, and the worst economic inequality for 75 years.
