Domain: Sydney house prices tumble in December QTR

Domain (formerly APM) has released its December quarter house price results, which showed a sharp contraction in Sydney’s median house price, which fell by 3.1% over the quarter, with unit prices also falling by 2.8%. This drove the national median house price down by 0.5% over the quarter, with unit prices also falling by 1.3%.
