Small capitals auctions follow Sydney down

Core Logic-RP Data released its auction market report yesterday, which posted a flat result nationally but an ongoing slump in the Sydney clearance rate.
The preliminary national clearance rate was 63.8%, up marginally from the 63.7% rate recorded last weekend, according to Core Logic-RP Data:

Sydney’s preliminary clearance rate fell a further 0.9% to 61.0%, whereas Melbourne’s was 69.5%, up marginally from the 69.3% rate recorded last weekend. Clearances in Brisbane, which typically only has a small number of auctions, were 45.9%, up from the 42.2% recorded last weekend. Adelaide tumbled in a trend break:
