ACCC head, Rod Sims, gave an important speech on Friday in which he urged Australia’s governments to implement a proper road charging regime that more closely matches charges with usage and ownership in order to provide a “higher quality, more responsive and better maintained road network”:

Our road policy framework has at least three problems.
