There is a yin and yang to the markets, literally. With the doomsayers come the soothing-sayers – the “everything is fine” crowd. While doomsayers see a cloud or conspiracy behind every piece of news, the soothing-sayers like the Iraqi Information Minister can’t see the tanks in Baghdad when a bear market is upon them.
