BIS Shrapnel: Apartment boom about to end

After Wednesday’s prediction that Melbourne apartment owners could suffer “a 15 to 20 per cent correction” in the value of their homes, BIS Shrapnel has warned that the national apartment building boom is about to end, starting next month. From The AFR:

“The important story here is apartments. To read the current cycle is to read the apartment cycle,” he said.
