Australia wins rugby property world cup

Global real estate group, CBRE, has charted average house prices across the 20 rugby-playing nations and found that Australia comes out on top when measured in pounds:

As shown above, Australia’s average house price (£234,531) is just above Japan’s ( £231,650), followed by England (£195,400) and New Zealand (£192,308).
