The CEO of Australia’s biggest provider of fringe housing lots, Stockland’s Mark Steinert, obviously has an unwavering confidence in Australian property. Because he believes that the dwelling construction boom has only just begun, claiming that Australia is only into the “second quarter” of a seven-to-eight-year housing cycle. From The AFR:
“Every market is at a different point on the clock but nationally we are coming into the second quarter,” he said.
