Perth, Darwin rental markets weaken some more

SQM Research has released its rental vacancy data, which registered an small increase in the number of rental vacancies across the nation in July, with the vacancy rate also up by 0.1% over the year (see below table).

As shown above, every jurisdiction except Hobart recorded either no change or a rise in rental vacancy rates in July.
