Nomura: Dwelling construction has peaked

The MB forecast that Australia’s dwelling construction would begin to decline next year, just as mining investment collapses and the car assembly industry starts to close-down, has received further support, with a Nomura analyst publishing similar forecasts. From The Guardian:

 …financial analysts at the investment bank Nomura think the housing boost may soon run out of steam.
