Rental bust hits Perth and Darwin property

SQM Research has released its rental vacancy data, which registered an small increase in the number of rental vacancies across the nation in June, with the vacancy rate also up by 0.1% over the year (see below table).

As shown above, every jurisdiction recorded either no change or a rise in rental vacancy rates in June.
