Full RP Data June house price release

Following on from my post yesterday on RP Data’s daily dwelling values index results for June, Core Logic-RP Data has released its full results, which also cover the smaller capitals and regional areas (see next table).

As you can see above, the smaller capitals and the regions had a mixed month in June, with rises in Hobart (+1.8%) and Canberra (+0.6%) offset by a sharp falls in Darwin (-3.9%) and flat growth in ‘rest of State’ (0.0%).
