Rental crunch a worry for landlords

The AFR’s Duncan Hughes published a detailed article over the weekend on on the rental slowdown afflicting some of the country’s housing markets, which are creating a so-called “draconian dilemma” for some landlords:
Darwin and Perth, superstar property markets during the 10-year mining boom, are reeling as the slowdown is worsened by a sharp increase in housing that started about three years ago.
