RP Data: Major capital home values down in November

RP Data’s price results are in for November, with the daily index recording a 0.26% fall over the month at the 5-city level, with values nationally dragged down by heavy losses in Melbourne (see next chart).

It was the first monthly decline in values since the seasonal fall in May, with values up by 0.92% over the quarter (see next chart).
