ANZ Chairman, David Gonski, yesterday gave a speech to the Australian British Chamber of Commerce (watch here) warning that Australian housing will experience a correction sooner or later, and claimed that anyone that only believes housing is a one way bet is a “fool”. From The Australian:
Mr Gonski said… that all the banks “are very aware of history”.
