Bursting the banks’ “no bubble” bubble (members)

As noted yesterday afternoon by Houses & Holes, Australia’s big four bank chief economists united for an interview with The AFR to declare that Australian housing is not a bubble.

For a bit of fun, I thought that it was worth evaluating each of the banks’ arguments to determine whether they hold water. First up is the ANZ’s Warren Hogan:
