A little anecdote of interest from BS:

SPC Ardmona managing director Peter Kelly reckons:

“I don’t tell people to buy it out of guilt, I’m saying consider us and we’ll earn our spot with you.”

Prime Minister Tony Abbott reckons:

“We said SPC Ardmona had a good future and it does. We said that it didn’t need $25 million from the commonwealth and it doesn’t,” he said.

There’ll always be a job for Tony Abbott in marketing at the cannery if the prime ministership doesn’t work out!
